Regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing once confirmed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process (e.g., if you order on Monday, it should be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for this shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Please note that if the address you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, or if your order contains unverified details, processing may be delayed by 1-2 business days. We advise all customers to double-check their delivery and billing information before checkout to avoid any possible delays.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or doorstep at the address you provide, but it is up to the courier to determine if the package is safe to be exposed to the air. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at the local post office or reschedule for another delivery. We recommend that you enter a delivery address where you or someone else can receive the package (such as a work address or a friend's address).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout, which may take up to 48 hours to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery of your package. If there is an issue with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. It takes 1 - 4 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated and you will still receive your order. Please contact us at Support@AutumnAlvarez.shop after the estimated delivery time.
International Taxes and Duties:
International customers (outside the United States) are responsible for any applicable entry duties, taxes, and any other fees deemed appropriate by your local customs office. These charges are paid to your local carrier or government, not collected by Autumn Alvarez, and are therefore non-refundable.
We ship international packages Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU), which means these charges are not included in the price of the items you purchase from our website. All applicable charges must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the package. Since we cannot tell you the exact amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your country's customs or tax agent to find out the applicable fees and tax rates for packages from outside your country.
Wrong Address Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We try to expedite processing and shipment, so there is a very limited time to cancel/change an order or change the address of an order. If you decide to change the shipping address, please email Support@AutumnAlvarez.shop immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to change your address, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so due to varying time limits.
If our team is too late to make changes to your order, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can either ship it to the correct address or give you a full refund.
Refunds
Once you place an order with Autumn Alvarez, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your order to Autumn Alvarez. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchanges Policy for more information on how to return your order.
PO Boxes
We do not currently ship and deliver to PO Boxes.
